Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an escort/companion with competence regarding mental diagnoses for a 50-year-old woman. The assignment involves 7 hours per month, distributed over 1–2 occasions, which can take place during weekends or weekdays. During the accompaniment, you will engage in activities such as having coffee, walking, and going to the theater. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is advantageous. During accompaniment, you will explore various activities outside the home together with the user. Escort services are intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including shift allowance) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and extracts from the Police's criminal record register.
