Job Responsibilities

You are a licensed preschool teacher with a good understanding of the content of the preschool curriculum. In your pedagogical work, you base your approach on the children's own prerequisites. You are experienced in working with a thematic approach, starting from the children's interests.

You use pedagogical documentation as a valuable tool for developing operations and as part of systematic quality work to ensure the operation aligns with the curriculum. You enjoy reflecting together with your colleagues and the children to learn and develop together. You are comfortable working with digital tools alongside children and colleagues. We also require that you have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed preschool teacher.
• Trained preschool teacher with a good understanding of the preschool curriculum.
• Independent, proactive, and driven to initiate and carry out activities and projects.
• Skilled at creating and strengthening internal and external collaborations, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Communicative and clear, with the ability to listen actively, understand others' perspectives, and give and receive constructive feedback.
