As a Process Technician at DAVA Foods, you will play a central role in ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operations in our production. Here, you work in a technologically advanced environment with a strong focus on process equipment and future food solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Process Technician, you have overall responsibility for ensuring high availability and operational safety in our production environment. The role is broad and includes both operational work and improvement-driven initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring preventive maintenance of machinery and process equipment
• Identifying and addressing technical risks before they impact production
• Working systematically in our digital maintenance system
• Ensuring all equipment is always documented, updated, and in optimal condition
• Identifying and driving efficiency improvements and technical upgrades to equipment
• Coordinating maintenance activities closely with production and operators
• Troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and implementing long-term solutions
• Supporting the installation, startup, and improvement of process equipment
• Being an active part of our technical development in production

The work is independent but takes place in close collaboration with other functions. You start the day with planned maintenance but must also be able to quickly prioritize in case of urgent interventions.

Depending on your own interests and strengths, the role is partially flexible.

The position is full-time based in Skara.

Working hours can be discussed based on day, evening, or shift work.

Profile

We are looking for you who are an experienced and self-reliant technician with a good understanding of industrial production and processes.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience as a technician in industry, preferably in process or food industry
• Have good technical competence in areas such as pumps, valves, piping systems, and process equipment
• Are accustomed to working with troubleshooting and have an analytical approach to work
• Have experience with documentation in maintenance systems
• Work systematically and take responsibility for your tasks from start to finish
• Are used to thinking in terms of processes, flows, and long-term operational safety
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
