Do you want to become part of Lättelement – specialists in prefabricated timber structures and a reliable partner in the construction industry? As a timber assembler at Lättelement, you will be part of the production team in Örnsköldsvik. Here, various types of building elements are manufactured in modern production lines, with a special focus on roof elements. Each production line functions as a cohesive team where you are jointly responsible for the entire process – from the first step to the finished product.

Your profile

As a person, you are handy, self-reliant, and responsible. We see that you are an active person who enjoys physical work, as some tasks require it. You preferably have good technical understanding, and experience in reading drawings is a merit.

You thrive in a group, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working with others in a team. Practical experience in construction is an advantage but not a requirement for the position. Your personality will weigh the most. Lättelement will provide new colleagues with internal training and an introduction to the job.

A requirement for applying for the job is that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

To be considered for the job, you must not have asthma or allergies. Lung spirometry (breath test) and a drug test are mandatory and are performed at the occupational health service before employment.

Working hours and salary

Shift work, 2-shift system – Alternating weeks mornings/afternoons. All weekends off.

Fixed salary + profit sharing/annual bonus.
