Do you want to combine leadership, technology, and improvement work in a modern production environment? Are you an experienced leader in the manufacturing industry, or do you currently work as an operator or technician and feel ready for the next step?

We are now looking for a Production Manager who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and contribute to the continued development of our production.

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the daily production for our client in Hillerstorp. You ensure that production runs efficiently, that quality requirements are met, and that the team has the right conditions for success.

You work closely with functions such as orders, planning, warehousing, and quality to create a well-functioning production flow. The role is both operational and strategic, meaning you are present in the operations while driving improvement work and developing working methods.

The production includes automatic presses, robot cells, and manual workstations, which require technical understanding and the ability to make decisions close to the operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and monitor daily production
• Have personnel responsibility
• Ensure that quality requirements and production goals are met
• Contribute to preventive maintenance and improved operational reliability
• Drive development and improvement initiatives within production, working environment, and efficiency

Your Profile

We believe you have experience from the manufacturing industry and thrive in an environment where technology, people, and results meet. Perhaps you already work as a leader, or you have built strong technical competence and wish to develop further into a leadership role.

To succeed in this role, you are a person who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner, and easily builds trust with those around you. You are solution-oriented, see opportunities for improvement, and enjoy being involved in daily operations.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from production, preferably in stamping, automation, or as a machine setter.
• Have leadership experience or the ambition to take the next step into a leadership role.
• Have good technical understanding and interest in machines and processes.
• Be able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Work methodically and have strong self-drive.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
