Professionals Nord is recruiting several electricians on behalf of Eltel. The assignment is part of a larger initiative to modernize electrical installations in Sweden.

Responsibilities

As an electrician in Project PUMA, you will work with the renovation and troubleshooting of electrical installations. You will operate from a service vehicle and work both independently and as part of a team.

Your main tasks include:

• Renovation of electrical installations, such as rerouting cables
• Troubleshooting and working with electricity meters for private customers
• Working according to instructions and alongside lead installers
• Opportunities in the long term to work with transformer meters (Cat 2) and substations

Working Hours

Depending on the geographical area, there are different schedules:

• Central Sweden: Monday–Thursday, Friday off (longer working days)

Travel is an integral part of the role.

We are looking for someone who

• Has completed an apprenticeship
• Holds an ECY certificate
• Has a YH (University College) education or equivalent
• Has a Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good physical fitness
• Is flexible and enjoys traveling work

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience working in older electrical installations
• Experience providing service to private customers
• Experience with cable rerouting
• Knowledge of solar cells, inverters, or substations
• Experience with electricity meters and troubleshooting
