About the Workplace

We are a team of five dental hygienists, two dental assistants, and four dentists. Our clinic in Varberg has been operating since 1983, under its current management since 2011. We primarily provide general adult dentistry, but also treat a small number of children and handle referrals for cosmetic dentistry and surgery. Our new clinic in Åsa has two treatment rooms, where you will work together with a dental assistant and a dentist.

Responsibilities

At our clinic, you follow the patient through their entire visit, from arrival to departure. This means you take care of the patient throughout their appointment. Together with the dentist, you perform examinations and treatments, after which you manage the patient's follow-up, book any new appointments, and handle invoicing. We also have a small dental laboratory where we perform prosthetic work using CAD/CAM technology. You will work mostly independently but can assist when needed.

Qualifications

You are a licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about your profession and interacting with people. You are confident in your professional skills and eager to develop further. You have excellent patient care skills and value collaboration with colleagues. For you, as for us, it is important to maintain high quality, be interested in dental matters, and contribute to improving our care processes. You work independently and have an economic mindset. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Other Information

The position is full-time (100%), but this can be discussed. We are flexible regarding working hours and clinic location.
