We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as a shop assistant for our fantastic client, Blomsterlandet Karlstad, working in their stores in Rud & Våxnäs. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but work at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you easily set up your availability to suit your daily life via our app. All of this to fit the needs of you and our customers.

You are a person who loves meeting people and meeting customer needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks, such as cash register work, sales, and picking items. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing our customers with fantastic service. You thrive with flexible tasks and see it as an opportunity for development.

Working as a pool employee for us at Retail Knowledge means that you are an ambassador for both us and the client you are working for. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are a positive and service-minded person who communicates easily with others and enjoys that no two days are alike at work.

Requirements to become a pool employee with us

• You have another main occupation for at least the next year. Note that this must consist of studies or part-time work.

• You have the possibility to work store hours, i.e., mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• You can work at least two weekdays and one weekend day, or alternatively three weekdays.

• You thrive in flexible work and have the ability to step in with short notice.

• You are a responsible person.

• You communicate and collaborate easily with others.

• You enjoy exceeding customer expectations and are driven by personal interaction.

• You thrive in a sales-oriented role.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

Job Information
Employment type: On-call employment, permanent
Working hours: Varied store hours (weekdays, weekends, day and evening)
Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement
