We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in Hagfors!
Your workplace
At the Physiotherapy Clinic in Hagfors, we provide primary care rehabilitation, including patient education and training in our fitness facilities. In addition to physiotherapists and occupational therapists, we have a healthcare administrator employed at our Hagfors location.
The Physiotherapy Clinic in Hagfors is part of Primary Care Rehabilitation North, which also includes clinics in Munkfors, Sunne, Torsby, and Likenäs, as well as occupational therapy clinics in Hagfors, Munkfors, and Sunne.
Currently, there are approximately 10 physiotherapists/physiotherapists, three occupational therapists, one healthcare administrator, and one rehabilitation assistant working in the North region. We work to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients across the entire unit and are flexible, providing support to clinics where needs arise. Working at a clinic other than your assigned location may therefore become relevant. Travel is conducted during working hours using a leased company car.
Hagfors is located in Värmland and offers fantastic nature with close proximity to both forests and water.
Your responsibilities
As a physiotherapist with us, you work to help our patients achieve or maintain the best possible functional ability, greater independence, and good health. You meet patients with varying needs for examination, advice, and treatment. We provide standard primary care where teamwork and collaboration with other actors are important parts of our work. In addition to patient care, you are also an important part of our continuous improvement work.
You will be given the opportunity to influence your introduction and offered a mentor if you wish. Our leadership style is based on developmental and trust-based leadership to ensure that both you as an individual and the organization develop in the best possible way. As an employee, this gives you greater opportunities for influence and more freedom and responsibility in your work.
We are a health-promoting workplace, which is evident, among other things, by the fact that we schedule time for personal physical training.
Your knowledge and skills
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in primary care is meritorious but not a requirement, and great importance is placed on personal suitability. Since travel may be required for the role, you must have a valid B-driver's license.
You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while remaining flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You have a good ability to build and maintain relationships, which contributes to good collaboration and a positive work environment. You are structured in your work by planning and organizing it effectively.
Feel free to contact us with any questions. Selection and interviews may take place throughout the application period.
