About the role

As a fitter, you work with assembling technologically advanced above-ground drilling rigs, either within station assembly or in a special order flow. The work is varied and includes mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics, as well as reading drawings and troubleshooting.

Within station assembly, you work in a structured and careful manner with clearly defined tasks, where quality, responsibility, and precision are crucial to ensure that the product meets all requirements before the next step in the process.

In the special order flow, you get a more independent role where you adapt the assembly based on customer-specific solutions. High demands are placed here on your technical overall understanding and your ability to read drawings and electrical schematics, as well as to solve problems that arise along the way.

You work both independently and in teams and actively contribute to improvement work in the business.

About you

We are looking for you who are an experienced fitter with a strong technical interest. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in your work.

You thrive in a role where you get to combine practical work with problem-solving and have the ability to work both independently and together with others. Your experience makes you feel confident in taking your own initiatives and handling more complex assembly tasks.

Formal qualifications

• Experience of assembly within mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or electricity

• Good habit of reading and interpreting drawings as well as technical documentation

• Experience of troubleshooting in technical systems

• Good knowledge of Swedish or English, both in speech and writing
