Your daily life with us

Depending on your background and what suits you best, we match you with either service or contracting work.

Tasks may include:

• Electrical installations in new and renovation projects (contracting).
• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance (service).
• Working in a cohesive team where quality and safety are in focus.

We of course have a collective agreement with SEF, which gives you fair working conditions, good insurance, and security from day one. The work is full-time, during daytime hours.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for everyone from apprentices to fully qualified electricians. Your experience is important, but your attitude is decisive. We are looking for you who:

• Take responsibility and are self-reliant in your work.
• Are a positive team player who spreads good energy.
• Want to develop long-term in your professional role.

Requirements

• Completed electrical education (upper secondary or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• ECY certificate (not a requirement for apprentices, of course).

Merits

• ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions).
• Lift ticket, Hot Work, or SSG/Safe Construction.
• Category B driver's license.

You will be employed by us at Boost, but your placement will be at one of our partner companies where you will work as a natural part of their team.
