Your Role

Here, you will play a key role in keeping operations running while simultaneously helping to develop them for the future. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work to ensure high operational reliability and availability in our facilities. You will become a vital part of the effort to reduce disruptions, improve processes, and create a more sustainable and efficient production over time.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues
• Work with both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Participate in improvement work and develop our working methods
• Contribute ideas regarding operational reliability, efficiency, and long-term solutions
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other maintenance functions

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in a role where problem-solving and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life. To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have experience and/or education in maintenance, electrical, or industrial technology, with a focus on mechanics
• Have a technical interest and enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems in practice
• Be responsible, proactive, and able to work independently when needed
• Have a structured approach and a safety mindset in daily work
• Enjoy collaboration and communicate clearly with both colleagues and other functions in the business
• Want to contribute to development and improvement, both in daily work and in the long term
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, and preferably English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have previous experience from process or manufacturing industry, preventive maintenance work, or knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading technical drawings.

The work is performed in shifts, and on-call duties may occur.

Location: Karlskoga
