In the role of Maintenance Mechanic, you report to Mondi's Maintenance Manager.

Your Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you are part of a team of seven people. The group includes electricians in addition to maintenance mechanics.

Your days are varied; you perform planned maintenance interventions, address more urgent deficiencies, and also participate in PM rounds (Preventive Maintenance). The role involves many internal contacts, with your group but also with various people working in production. You also have contacts with external partners.

The role involves and requires staying updated on quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety systems. Together with the Maintenance Manager and your colleagues, you constantly work to improve and streamline maintenance work.

You work day shifts and are on call every 3rd week.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who is a positive person who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You are engaged and like both a varied daily life and being part of a changing world. You are stimulated by problem-solving and generally try to see opportunities instead of problems and obstacles. We also want you to want to be in a business where we have fun at work.

You have a high school education and/or experience from mechanical operations. You speak and write Swedish fluently and are also accustomed to using the computer as your daily tool. We value if you have good knowledge of maintenance, preferably from a process industry.
