Systems Engineer, Consulting Assignment – Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Karlskoga or Lund

Our client is an expanding industrial player developing advanced technical systems. We are now looking for you who thrive in a consulting role and have experience in systems work within complex development environments.

In the role of Systems Engineer, you will work with the entirety of system development – from requirements to the finished solution. You act as a bridge between different technical disciplines and ensure that the solution meets both functional and business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate systems work from requirements and design to testing and delivery
• Structure and break down system requirements into subsystem and component levels
• Design system architecture and ensure technical coherence
• Participate in risk analysis and plan verification and validation
• Communicate technical solutions, progress, and changes to project management and the client

Your background

• Civil Engineer or equivalent in technical physics, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, or similar
• Experience in systems engineering work in complex projects
• Knowledge in requirements management and systems modeling
• Understanding of both software and hardware and their integration
• Good communication skills and ability to handle complex technical issues
• Strong teamwork skills

Merits

• Experience with established systems development models (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288)
• Experience in security-classified or regulated environments
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar

About the assignment
