We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the outbound operations at our client's site in Rydaholm. Here you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for ensuring that today's orders are delivered as planned while working long-term to develop both processes and employees.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations within outbound. The role is primarily administrative and involves planning, coordinating, and following up on operations to ensure an efficient and high-quality flow.

You lead and distribute work within the group and serve as a support for employees in their daily work. An important part of the role is to create the conditions for the group to reach its goals and for the business to develop continuously.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordination of daily outbound operations
• Ensuring that today's orders are delivered as planned
• Leading and supporting employees in their daily work
• Following up on business results and key performance indicators
• Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and working methods
• Developing the group and its individuals through coaching and follow-up
• Daily work in business and logistics systems
• Collaborating with internal departments to create efficient flows

PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a natural leader with the ability to create structure, engagement, and clarity in everyday life. You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving work forward while having a genuine interest in people and their development.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in team leadership or other leadership roles within logistics, warehousing, or production
• Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
• Very good IT skills
• Experience working in business and logistics systems
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate with others and are motivated by developing both the business and people.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Team Leader is a full-time consultancy assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at our client's site. After 6 months, our client intends to offer you a permanent position.
