Team Leader for the Warehouse Department

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader for the warehouse department of our client – an established manufacturing company located 30 minutes outside of Växjö.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and well-organized warehouse operation. You will be responsible for leading and developing the team, as well as ensuring that all processes run smoothly. This is a day-shift position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute tasks within the warehouse department
• Personnel responsibility, including scheduling, follow-up, and development of employees
• Ensure efficient logistics flows and warehouse management
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements
• Ensure order, safety, and a good working environment in the warehouse

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in warehousing and logistics
• Has experience in personnel management and enjoys leading others
• Is structured, responsible, and has strong organizational skills
• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Is solution-oriented and able to make decisions in a dynamic environment
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (meritorious)
