We are now looking for an experienced and engaged person who wants to take overall responsibility for our cold counter, delicatessen, and catering operations. With us, you will become a key person in ensuring high quality, efficient production, and an inspiring experience for our customers.

The role is largely operational, and you will work daily in production making sandwich cakes, salads, baguettes, sandwiches, spreads, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards. At the same time, you are responsible for planning production, handling orders, monitoring sales, and ensuring that the department is run in an efficient and profitable manner. You work closely with other managers within the fresh food organization and actively contribute to developing both the assortment and working methods.

As the Cold Counter Manager, you are also expected to be a natural leader in everyday situations. The role does not involve formal personnel responsibility, but you are responsible for supporting, coaching, and distributing work within the team, as well as contributing to a positive work environment where quality and collaboration are at the center.

We are looking for someone with experience from cold counters, catering, delicatessen, or similar operations, and who feels confident in planning and driving daily operations forward. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create order even during periods of high tempo. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in food and understand the importance of combining quality, customer experience, and profitability.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in cold counter production and good knowledge of food hygiene, self-control, and food safety. If you also have experience from ICA, delicatessen counters, café operations, or team leadership, it is considered a merit.

• Part-time, approx. 35 hours per week
• Varying working hours according to a rolling schedule
