Nursing Assistant for Private Orthopedic Clinic in Lund

We are looking for a nursing assistant for our private orthopedic clinic in central Lund.
The clinic is run by an orthopedic surgeon and has agreements with Region Skåne. We have a high patient flow and perform both outpatient visits and day-surgery procedures. Here, you will become an important part of the operation and work closely with both patients and doctors in a personal and professional environment.
Responsibilities
The work is varied and includes both administrative and patient-facing tasks, including:
- Telephone contact with patients and appointment booking
- Handling of referrals
- Reception and administrative work
- Receiving patients
- Assisting in day-surgery operations and minor procedures, primarily within hand and foot surgery
We are looking for someone who
- Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility
- Is careful, structured, and service-oriented
- Can maintain calm even when the pace is fast
- Has a good attitude towards people and enjoys working with people
