The Role of Paving Worker As an employee at NCC Asphalt North Mobile, you will work out in the field together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable colleagues and perform paving works. The primary work area is in Norrbotten, but work in other parts of our geographical area may occur. Help shape the future of paving works as an important part of our experienced and competent team at NCC Industry. Requirements We believe you have a basic education at the upper secondary level, preferably within technology or construction and civil engineering. If you have experience in paving, it is a big plus. However, above all, we value your personal qualities highly. We are looking for someone who loves challenges and enjoys working in the field, among both our customers and colleagues. Your ability to collaborate, orderliness, quality focus, and drive are qualities we place great importance on. And don't forget, a Category B driver's license is a requirement for this position.
