Bearbetningscenter AB is a modern workshop industry in Kramfors that manufactures advanced components using CNC lathes and multi-operation machines. We work with many different materials and deliver to customers within hydraulics, agriculture, machinery construction, forestry, and vehicles. This means a production with variation, high quality requirements, and work where attention to detail truly makes a difference.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator with us, you will work with setting up, rigging, running, and controlling production in our machines. You will become an important part of the daily flow and have a central role in ensuring that manufacturing maintains the right quality, functions efficiently, and is delivered as planned.

Your tasks include, among other things:

✅ Setting up and rigging CNC machines, primarily lathes and milling machines

✅ Running production according to drawings, orders, and quality requirements

✅ Measuring and checking components with measuring tools

✅ Handling deviations and reporting in the MPS system

✅ Contributing to order, safety, and improvements in daily work

We Are Looking For You Who

We believe you have experience from industry, production, or workshops and thrive in a role that requires precision, technical interest, and responsibility. You feel comfortable working from drawings, checking your work, and contributing to a stable production flow.

We see that you have:

✅ Knowledge of reading technical drawings

✅ Experience using measuring tools

✅ Experience from industrial production or similar work

✅ Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Swedish is the working language in the business, which means you need to be able to absorb instructions, communicate with colleagues, and handle documentation in Swedish.

It Is Meritorious If You Also Have

✅ CNC education or previous experience with CNC machining

✅ Knowledge of CNC programming

✅ Computer literacy, preferably experience with CAD

✅ Experience from quality-controlled industry, such as the automotive industry
