Do you want to be a key person ensuring the office runs smoothly every day? We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven Handyman/Office Assistant for our client in Solna. Here, you will have a varied part-time job where your contribution truly makes a difference – and where your commitment and sense of service ensure that everything works as it should.
The position is a part-time consultancy assignment on a permanent basis.

ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Handyman/Office Assistant, you are the hub that keeps the office running. You are responsible for ensuring that daily operations flow smoothly and are always available to support employees when they need help. This is a varied and independent role where you combine practical and administrative tasks.
You will also work with:
Receiving and sending packages and deliveries
Inventorying and organizing storage areas
Maintaining meeting rooms
Ordering and restocking consumables
Fixing minor faults and defects in the office
Updating lists and documentation
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, takes initiative, and enjoys practical and varied work. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing – this is a requirement as the company communicates internally in English. You are meticulous and responsible and have a natural ability to see what needs to be done without being told. You collaborate easily with people around you and have a positive and solution-oriented attitude towards work.
We would also appreciate if you have:
Previous experience in similar work, e.g., within service, facility, or office services
Start date: Immediate
Location: Solna
Hours: Part-time, Monday-Friday 08:00-14:30
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
