About the role

As CEO of Wetterskogs, you will have overall responsibility for the company's operations, results, and continued development. The role has a clear focus on sales, business development, and growth.

You will be the company's primary ambassador to customers and the market while leading and developing the operations together with the company's employees.

We are looking for someone driven by creating business, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You are just as comfortable out with customers as you are in the operations, and you have the ability to turn strategies into concrete results.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Drive sales and business development to create long-term growth.
• Develop existing customers and establish new customer relationships.
• Identify new markets, segments, and business opportunities.
• Lead and develop the organization with a focus on engagement, quality, and profitability.
• Responsible for the company's results, budget, and strategic development.
• Work closely with production and technology to ensure high customer value and delivery capability.
• Be an active part of the group's continued development and cooperation between the companies.

Therefore, you will receive close support from both the group and the previous owners. Wetterskogs' previous owners and CEO will remain as a crucial sounding board to ensure knowledge transfer, continuity, and smooth development of the operations.

You will also work closely with the ownership group and the group management, who actively support the companies' development through strategic work, business development, investments, and knowledge sharing between the group's companies.

We view the role as a partnership where you have great freedom to drive the business forward while having access to an engaged ownership collective with experience from both industry, production, and international sales.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience from manufacturing industry and documented good results within sales and business development.

You are a person who:

• Has a strong business drive and enjoys creating new business.
• Is a natural leader who builds trust and engagement.
• Has experience with B2B sales within industry or technical operations.
• Understands the interplay between customer, technology, production, and economics.
• Is structured, results-oriented, and accustomed to making decisions.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Previous experience as a CEO is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the drive, business acumen, and leadership skills to take Wetterskogs to the next level.
