About the role:

As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer center's results, personnel, and daily operations. The role is both strategic and operational – you lead the team forward while staying close to the business and providing support where needed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the team – including employee and salary reviews
• Ensure a safe working environment and drive systematic work environment work (SAM)
• Economic responsibility: budget, invoicing, and result follow-up
• Drive sales and build long-term customer relationships, including customer visits
• Collaborate with other customer centers within the district for knowledge sharing and joint development

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed by Ramirent while we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process. It is a full-time position with working hours 07:00–16:00, and you will work at their customer center in Karlstad. The position is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a secure, clear, and business-driven leader who can create structure and stability in a high-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have previous experience in leadership or management, preferably in an operational environment
• Are clear and consistent in your leadership, and confident in maintaining direction even when things get tough
• Have the ability to set boundaries, follow up, and ensure compliance with routines and working methods
• Are non-hierarchical and present – you support the team in daily tasks and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
• Easily build trust with both employees and customers through clear communication and ensure everyone knows what is expected
• Are structured, proactive, and accustomed to taking responsibility for results
• Have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious: experience in sales, machinery rental, or the construction industry, as well as knowledge of industry terminology and processes.
