Do you have a passion for retail? Are you driven by the challenges of managing a store? Then we are looking for you as our new Store Manager for the store in Charlottenberg. The battle for customers is fought in the stores, and now we need you to win this battle. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store with positive and helpful employees every day. This is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period. We would be thrilled if you wanted to develop Rusta together with us! Your role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You want to constantly develop sales, and you know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and result focus are obvious cornerstones in store management. Your responsibilities as Store Manager:
- achieving sales and result targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key figures, optimizing turnover and profitability, as well as budgeting
- personnel responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and introduction to development and termination
- ensuring and implementing concepts, as well as anchoring and enforcing centrally made decisions
Above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is one of the best things you know. Your ambitions are high, and you like to work hard. Direct communication and a cheerful mood are natural for you. Additionally, you have:
- several years of experience in a leading position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility
- knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety work
- experience in sales operations, preferably from a business handling large volumes
- an ability to bring the team along with you
