CEO
As the current CEO moves on to new challenges, we are looking for a successor who will continue to develop Tamtron. Tamtron has 22 employees in Sweden and the headquarters is located in Karlstad.

About the role
In the role of CEO for Tamtron, you are responsible for the operations in Sweden and report to the Director Scandinavia. In this role, you have full personnel and P&L responsibility for the company. You are responsible for achieving the strategic goals set for the business.

As CEO, you also have the responsibility of Sales Director. This includes achieving the set sales targets, following up, maintaining, and developing customer and distributor relationships. In the role, you also have quality responsibility (ISO 9001/14001).

Tamtron Sverige AB is part of the Scandinavia region, which means that in the role you will have contact points in several different countries and business areas.

Who are you
To succeed in the role, we see that you need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience as CEO or in equivalent roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience working in sales leadership.
• Experience from industry and technical sales.
• Experience driving commercial growth with profitability.
• Knowledge of quality and accreditation systems (ISO).
• Experience working in an international company with many different contact points.

As a person, you are commercially driven, skilled in structure and follow-up of figures and key performance indicators. You are a confident leader who is clear in communication and skilled at creating engagement.
