This is a consultancy position with excellent opportunities for permanent hire. Initially, you will be employed by Bravura, with the clear intention that DHL Freight will offer you a permanent position in the future. This arrangement provides both you and DHL Freight with a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you fit together.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader/Supervisor, you are responsible for the outgoing shift and lead the daily operational activities together with a colleague. You work closely with production and ensure efficient flow by planning, staffing, and monitoring work based on current needs. You have overall responsibility for the team, including monitoring results and key performance indicators, ensuring work is carried out according to established processes and routines, and handling personnel matters such as employee meetings and ongoing follow-ups. Simultaneously, you actively work to develop the operation by identifying areas for improvement, driving change initiatives, and contributing to a safe and well-functioning work environment. The role is varied and operational, requiring you to make decisions on the spot and adapt to changing circumstances.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:30.

• Leading and developing the team while ensuring an efficient daily flow
• Monitoring results, quality, and KPIs, and driving improvement work
• Being responsible for staffing, work environment, and personnel-related issues

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in computer and system usage
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience from transport, logistics, or terminal operations
• Forklift license
