We are immediately seeking Second Officers to join our skilled onboard team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and developmental environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are central. The position is primarily a fixed-term assignment (acting/interim role).

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and certificates according to the STCW Convention compatible with the position.
• Can start working immediately.
• Feels confident in the role of Second Officer.
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and has a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Can initiate and drive processes when necessary, is curious, and able to engage others.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
