About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in center is a logistics hub where customers pick up most of our heavier building and wood materials.

Examples of tasks

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Stock control and replenishment
• Advising and selling building and wood products to customers
• Administering and picking customer orders
• Assisting on other departments when needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with retail experience.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• We value good organizational skills and expect you to have a naturally outgoing work style.
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service.
• Help customers realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range.
• Valid Category B driver's license is required.
• Reach truck license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required.

Hours/Duration: Permanent. Part-time, 30 hours/week. Scheduled shifts during days, evenings, and every other weekend.
