About the role

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible driver for a summer temporary position at our new cleanroom laundry. In this role, you will deliver goods to our customers in Sweden and Norway. You will become an important part of our team and contribute to ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from July 29th to August 16th. You will be based at our laundry in Örebro. The position does not involve overnight stays away from home.

Your responsibilities

• Perform transports according to current traffic regulations and company routines, including registration of driving data and compliance with driving and rest times.
• Responsible for service, repairs, tire changes, and other relevant tasks related to the vehicles.
• Ensure that vehicles and equipment are kept in good condition and that HRO (Clean, Tidy, Organized) is maintained.
• Follow legal requirements and internal regulations for safe and efficient driving.
• Follow all instructions and seek information in case of ambiguity.
• Report deviations and incidents that may affect operations to your nearest manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers for a well-functioning operation.

• Demonstrate clear employee support that aligns with Textilia's directives and policies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Good ability to follow instructions and routines.

Merits:

• Experience driving in professional traffic.
• Training in tail lift operation.
• Previous experience from similar roles as a driver.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and simple repairs.
• Accustomed to working with continuous improvement processes.
