Our new logistics center in Kumla has now been put into operation and serves as the hub for Solar Sweden's entire distribution.

Here are some important personal qualities that are crucial for thriving and succeeding in the role of team leader:

• Detail-oriented and responsible: You will be responsible for leading your team of approximately 15-20 employees, distributing tasks, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented: You will work together with other team leaders and departments to support the company's overall goals.
• Flexible and adaptable: You will handle various tasks and be ready to tackle new challenges, as well as shape new routines and processes in Kumla.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse work
• Experience in a leadership role or similar responsibilities
• Good knowledge of SAP/EWM is an advantage
• High school diploma
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of English

We have our headquarters in Gothenburg, a logistics center in Kumla, and sales offices spread geographically across various locations in the country, from Gällivare in the north to Malmö in the south. We are quality and environment certified according to ISO standards.
