Located on the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe, for example, contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal ranging from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We perform automated pressing, laser cutting, hydraulic pressing, welding, and assembly. We are your partner for almost everything related to sheet metal.

We are now looking for a Team Leader for the warehouse who, in addition to regular warehouse duties, is responsible for leading and distributing daily work during their shift. In this role, you ensure efficient flow, support and coach colleagues, and ensure that routines and safety requirements are followed. The role requires that you are confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating good structure and calm in the team.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may consist of forklift operation, order picking, packing, and goods handling. As a team leader, you are also a clear role model in daily work by:

• leading and distributing tasks during the shift
• ensuring quality and safety in all processes
• supporting and coaching employees in daily work
• contributing to improvements in working methods and routines

As a forklift driver with us, it is always important to prioritize quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Experience with forklift operation
• Previous experience in similar tasks
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Driver's license and access to a car

For this job, you must be stress-resistant, meticulous, and have good computer skills. We are looking for an outgoing team player who takes responsibility and creates good structure together with their team to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

The work is performed in 2-shifts and always starts with a fixed-term employment with good opportunities for a permanent position.
