As an Assistant Site Manager at MP Åkeritjänster, you will have a varied role where you work practically as a truck driver on regular assignments while also supporting the operations in your daily work.

You will work closely with Site Manager Marcus and become a key part of the continued development in Örebro. This role suits you if you want to develop your leadership skills while staying close to the driving profession and operational activities.

You will become an important part of the team and contribute to structure, well-being, and development for both customers and colleagues.

Who are you?

You currently work as a truck driver or within transport and logistics and feel ready to take the next step in your career.

You thrive with responsibility, enjoy collaboration, and have a natural drive to solve problems and get things done.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good communication skills and enjoys motivating others
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and self-initiative
• Focuses on both customer benefit and employee well-being
• Thrives in a role where no two days are alike
• Has leadership experience, for example as a team leader, instructor, or through club activities or other contexts where you have shown responsibility and drive

Requirements

• CE license
• YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence for Drivers)
• Driver's license
• Counterbalance forklift license
