As a warehouse employee at Dagab's logistics center in Örebro, you play a crucial role in ensuring that food arrives – on time and with the right quality – to stores across the country. It is an important assignment where your contribution makes a difference every day.

You will become part of a large logistics flow where collaboration, punctuality, and safety are keys to success. The work takes place at Dagab's fresh food department where it is approximately +4 degrees and at the grocery department where it is "room temperature".

• Picking and packing orders - You complete orders according to the stores' requests. The work is done with the help of a forklift or picking cart and pick-by-voice (a voice-directed picking system that helps you pick correctly). In the long run, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, you primarily work day shifts, 05:00-14:00 or 06:00-15:00 during Sunday - Thursday.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment over the summer.

Start date 15/6.

The job starts with training for 5 consecutive days where you work with support from a buddy. The following week, you work full-time to get into the actual job. The training takes place primarily during daytime. This is mandatory for everyone hired for the role.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to Axfood Group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. We also develop our own brands, including Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be at least 18 years old

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Available to work up to full-time during the summer

• Forklift license A1-4

• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar

• Previous experience in physical work

• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport

You have a positive attitude and like to take responsibility, whether it is about respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and are motivated by getting clear feedback on a well-done job.

To thrive in the role, good physical fitness is required, and you must take care of your health, as you perform repeated lifts, so it is important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping the body active.

Your ability to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important – regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contact when performing your tasks. Emphasis is also placed on other personal qualities.

Salary: According to collective agreement and here the warehouse and e-commerce agreement applies.
