Head Waiter/Host sought for unique restaurant environment at Berga Castle

As a Head Waiter with us:

• You lead the daily operations and drive the restaurant forward with energy and commitment.
• You inspire, develop, and motivate the team towards common goals.
• You ensure the highest quality in service, hospitality, and delivery.
• You work systematically with routines, working environment, and reporting.
• You contribute operationally in the kitchen when needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in leadership within the restaurant industry.
• Are knowledgeable in wine and spirits and understand the interplay between food and drink.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Have a genuine interest in food, service, and experiences.
• Are receptive, engaged, and a natural team player.
• Have good computer skills (Office 365) and administrative knowledge.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Contribute with energy and contagious enthusiasm.
