What will you do?
As a Conference Host, you are Coor’s face to the outside world, always keeping your eyes and ears open to catch that little extra that the client needs. In this role, guest experience, collaboration, and service are in absolute focus. You will work both in a team and independently, where your commitment and ability to take initiative will be highly valued.
Examples of tasks include:
- Welcome clients and visitors and deliver five-star service.
- Plan and prepare premises for meetings and conferences, including furniture, technology, and event planning in consultation with the client.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and support the reception as needed.
- Manage coffee machines.
- Follow up on and handle fault reports.
- Build relationships with suppliers and the client.

You work in a structured manner and have the ability to maintain an overview even when multiple tasks are ongoing. With a high sense of service and a proactive approach, you ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for both guests and clients.
To thrive in this role, we see that you have:
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in service work with customer contact (e.g., in hotels, restaurants, conferences, or similar).
- Experience handling customer contact via multiple channels, such as phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Basic technical understanding and experience managing conference or meeting room technology.
- Good administrative skills.

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Full-time: 100 %.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Probation period: 6 months.
