Interim Manager for Long-term Consulting Assignment in Street and Park Services in Östergötland

We are looking for someone available from August for a consulting assignment of approximately one year as an interim manager for a street and park operation within a politically governed organization in Östergötland. Here you will combine strategic and operational leadership. You are responsible for the operation, employees, and resources, and contribute to developing and coordinating work towards set goals.

Your Expectations

If you have also worked in a politically governed organization, it is a plus! You have a good ability to create structure and engagement. Your experience in leadership, collaboration, and business development will be a valuable asset in this assignment.

Your Employment Offer

The assignment involves overall responsibility for the operation, employees, and development. You lead the work towards set goals, contribute to the continued development of the operation, and drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with others. The role involves several contact surfaces where good communication and collaboration skills are important.

The assignment is a consulting assignment located with our client in Östergötland. The work is performed on-site, and depending on the operation's needs, there is an option for remote work. You will either be employed by TNG during the assignment period or work as a sub-consultant via TNG.

As an employed consultant via TNG, you work securely with collective agreements, insurance, and of course a fitness allowance. As a sub-consultant at TNG, you get the freedom to manage your assignments and working hours, while receiving support and new opportunities through our broad assignment network!

Worth Knowing

The assignment is full-time and is planned to last for approximately one year. The work is primarily during daytime hours, with some flexibility based on the operation's needs.

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or equivalent experience. You have experience in both strategic and operational work within street and park services. If you have previously worked in a politically governed organization, it is a big plus!

You are confident in your leadership and accustomed to taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving work forward. To succeed in the role, you are analytical, communicative, and structured. You easily build trust, establish relationships, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

We value a solution-oriented approach, strong self-drive, and the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts.

A Category B driver's license is required.
