Conprod AB is based in Åtvidaberg and offers complete solutions within electronics production – from material procurement and prototyping to mass production. The company works closely with its customers throughout the entire value chain and is an important partner to industrial companies seeking quality, flexibility, and technical competence. Conprod has an annual turnover of approximately 75 MSEK and employs around 40 people. Since April 2026, the company has been part of the Rimaster Group – a global systems supplier originating from and headquartered in Rimforsa, Sweden, with approximately 1,300 employees and a turnover of around 1.5 billion SEK.

As CEO of Conprod, you will have a clear operational focus on creating growth through new business and deepened customer relationships, as well as through new projects and collaborations within the Rimaster Group. Conprod is a partner to its customers in prototyping, manufacturing/mass production, purchasing, delivery, and logistics. Customers are found in a variety of industries, such as Energy & Cleantech, Aerospace, Medtech, and Connectivity.

As CEO, you lead and are responsible for everything related to the company, commercially, commercially, and organizationally. You drive development, sales, and customer relations, ensure cost-effective, high-quality production with a good working environment, and develop the organization with its personnel and other resources. In addition to the 40 employees, you have a range of group-wide support functions at your disposal.

You report to Rimaster’s Group CEO and are part of the global management group. There, you contribute to the development of the entire Rimaster Group, to identifying and realizing business synergies with sister companies, and to establishing Conprod as a natural part of the group's total customer offering.

We are looking for you who:

• Are business-driven and have the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Have a strong interest in technology and have worked in a leading role with P&L responsibility, preferably within electronics manufacturing.
• Are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and develops people.
• Have good financial understanding and experience in financial management.
• Are strategic yet operational and action-oriented.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
