About Us

At Hälsolänken, we have worked with occupational health, wellness, and rehabilitation for over 40 years. With expertise and commitment, we assist both small and large organizations in achieving their goals within occupational health and safety. Our approach and close collaboration have proven successful in helping our clients reduce sick leave.

We operate in Torsby, Sunne, Årjäng, Eda, Arvika, Hagfors, and Munkfors. Currently, we have approximately 500 client companies with a total of around 14,500 employees, and our business is growing steadily.

We are an experienced team consisting of occupational health nurses, registered nurses, occupational physicians, addiction therapists, ergonomists, occupational health engineers, social workers, behavioral scientists, licensed psychotherapists, wellness consultants, health therapists, and administrative staff.

At Hälsolänken, we value work joy, engagement, and participation as natural elements of everyday life.

About the Job

The role of an occupational health nurse involves both independent work and teamwork. You will work proactively, preventively, and supportively based on identified needs, in close collaboration with our clients and other professional categories. The work is carried out together with the employer, often in tripartite meetings.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Health examinations
  • Preventive and health-promoting work
  • Health counseling and individual action plans
  • Vaccinations
  • Sample collection
  • Alcohol and drug testing
  • Statutory health examinations
  • Client contacts, training, management counseling, and medical advice

The position is based in Torsby, but travel to other units and clients is required. Working hours are weekdays during daytime.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a specialist-trained occupational health nurse or a registered nurse. You enjoy meeting people, are driven, creative, and receptive with a holistic view. You have the ability to see the connection between work, health, and life situation. If you also have interest and experience as an instructor in CPR and First Aid, it is a plus.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where empathetic handling is a significant factor, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. The work is responsible and can sometimes be experienced as stressful.

The role involves some travel, so a driver's license is a requirement.

Curious about working in a growing organization? Apply now! We process applications on a rolling basis, so do not wait with your application. For questions, please contact CEO Ann Collander, see contact details below.

We kindly ask that recruitment and advertising agencies do not contact us.
