Lindero is a care home in Mörbylånga consisting of two wards with a total capacity for 25 residents. In the same building, you will find our meeting point, Dungen, as well as our partners, Kuggen and Demensteamet.

There are several common areas at Lindero, including living rooms and smaller kitchens on each ward for meals and shared activities. Job Responsibilities

The role of an assistant nurse involves contributing to a good quality of life for the residents, maintaining a professional attitude, and providing person-centered care. Your duties include continuous documentation in Lifecare Utförare and performing health and medical interventions based on delegation from the nurse, where we utilize support from APPVA.

Naturally, an introduction is included before a resource shift at another home. Working hours for day shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and two weekends per scheduling period. Our goal is for all employees to be able to influence their schedules based on the operational needs. We schedule using the Multi Access system.

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained assistant nurse with good computer skills and an interest in working with residents with cognitive impairment and somatic ailments. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and competence that contribute to increasing the quality and job satisfaction already present in the work group. Those who had a permanent position as an assistant nurse when the new rules came into effect may continue to use the title until June 30, 2033, without proof. To be employed as an Assistant Nurse, you must either be able to show that you were permanently employed as an Assistant Nurse on July 1, 2023, or have proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding the protected professional title.
