Do you love ramen and have a passion for leadership? We are now looking for a driven and organized Sous Chef for our ramen restaurant in Ringen!
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking various components of ramen, including broth, toppings, and noodles.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with hygiene regulations.
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations and taking responsibility during their absence.
- Leading the practical work in the kitchen and ensuring smooth service.
- Checking raw materials, handling deliveries, and assisting with orders.
- Introducing new employees to kitchen routines and tasks.
We are looking for someone who is structured, has good communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Team Leader is advantageous.
