We are now looking for engaged and hardworking terminal workers for night shifts. Here you will have the opportunity to work at two different terminals and develop within several parts of the logistics chain, perfect for you who want a varied part-time job with good opportunities for many shifts.

About the position

As a terminal worker, you will work at one of the terminals in Malmö depending on the operational needs. The terminals are located in Östra Hamnen and Toftanäs. The tasks vary between the terminals and may include:

• Sorting of letters and small parcels
• Parcel sorting
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Handling of goods and shipments
• Other terminal-related tasks

The work is an important part of the logistics chain and requires accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility. Some tasks are repetitive while others are more physically demanding, making the workdays varied.

Working hours

The work is scheduled for night shifts and shifts may occur Sunday–Friday.

Shifts vary depending on the terminal and operational needs, but typically occur between: 23:00–08:00 or 22:30–01:30, 02:30–07:00.

We prefer that you can work at least 2–3 shifts per week and are flexible for work with short notice. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas shopping, and other campaigns, there is often the opportunity for more shifts.

You enter your availability into our system yourself, which makes it easy to combine the work with studies or other main employment.

The position is a consultancy assignment where you are employed by StudentConsulting and work on-site for our client.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Study at least 50% or have another main employment of at least 50%
• Be able to work at least 2–3 nights per week
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Be accurate, responsible, and willing to work
• Enjoy physical work and a fast pace

Previous experience in warehouse, terminal, or logistics work is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the willingness to learn.

Since the work takes place at night and public transport is limited at certain times, a driver's license and access to a car are an advantage.
