Our client is a growing Swedish company within hair care that develops professional products with a focus on quality, sustainability, and care for both people and the environment. Your Responsibilities

As a picker and packer, you will work in a team focused on ensuring an efficient and high-quality flow of goods. The assignment starts immediately with picking and packing beauty products at a fast pace. Your main tasks include:

• Order picking using a handheld scanner
• Packaging and wrapping of products
• Labeling and marking of shipments
• Ongoing quality control
• Contributing to a structured and efficient warehouse flow

The assignment requires attention to detail, speed, and good teamwork skills.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous warehouse experience who feels confident in a role with a fast pace and a need for personal responsibility. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are over 18 years old
• Have experience working in warehouses, picking, and packing
• Speak and write Swedish fluently – clear communication and the ability to follow instructions are crucial
• Keep time and take responsibility for your attendance
• Are cooperative and contribute to a good work environment
• Are proactive and see what needs to be done
• Are driven and enjoy working at a fast pace
• Have common sense and a humble attitude
• Follow routines, instructions, and safety regulations

Experience with warehouse management systems or a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time during the assignment period
• Location: Helsingborg
• Working Hours: Daytime, weekdays

You will be employed by Konsultia AB and work on-site at the client's premises. The assignment initially covers the period of July–August, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for continued work after the summer. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and job satisfaction are important parts of everyday life.
