DSV is one of the world's leading players in transport and logistics. For our office in Landskrona, we are now looking for a Polish-speaking Traffic Manager who wants to become an important part of the team responsible for transports between Poland and Sweden.

You will become part of a tight-knit team of five people who support each other in daily work. The role is characterized by close collaboration, quick decisions, and a workday where no two days are alike.

Here you will get a varied role where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on transports while maintaining daily contact with customers, drivers, and transport partners. The role suits you if you enjoy solving problems, making quick decisions, and working in an international environment with a high pace.

The position is a consultancy assignment via PerformIQ, where you will be employed by us and work as a hired consultant at DSV.

As a Traffic Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable transport flows between Poland and Sweden. You work closely with both customers and transport companies, ensuring that transports are carried out according to plan.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Planning, booking, and coordinating transports between Poland and Sweden.
• Maintaining daily contact with drivers, customers, and transport partners, primarily in Polish.
• Following up on transports and handling any deviations.
• Solving unforeseen situations and finding efficient transport solutions.
• Ensuring high service levels and clear communication throughout the transport chain.
• Working administratively in DSV's transport system.

Person Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives with many contact points and is motivated by finding solutions when the pace is high. You are structured, communicative, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when several things are happening at once.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Fluent knowledge of Polish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from the transport, logistics, or forwarding industry.
• Have worked as a traffic manager, transport planner, or in a similar role.
