Your Responsibilities

As a picker and packer, you will work in a team focused on ensuring an efficient and high-quality flow of goods. The assignment starts immediately and involves picking and packing beauty products at a high pace. Your main responsibilities include:

• Order picking with a hand scanner
• Packaging and wrapping of products
• Marking and labeling of shipments
• Ongoing quality control
• Contributing to a structured and efficient warehouse flow

The assignment requires accuracy, speed, and good teamwork skills.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have previous experience in warehouse work and feel comfortable in a role where the pace is high and personal responsibility is required. This assignment is suitable for you if you are studying or have another main occupation, such as studies or other work, and wish to work extra on the side. It is a requirement that you have another main occupation and the ability to work approximately 1–3 shifts per week. We are looking for someone available for immediate start and who can step in with short notice. You need to be able to work weekdays between 07:30–16:30, as shifts are booked based on need. Flexibility and daytime availability are therefore crucial for success in the role. Here you have the opportunity to combine work with studies or other activities while developing your experience in warehousing and logistics. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have experience working in warehousing, picking, and packing
• Speak and write Swedish fluently – being able to communicate clearly and understand instructions is crucial
• Keep to schedules and take responsibility for your attendance
• Are cooperative and contribute to a good work environment
• Are proactive and see what needs to be done
• Are driven and enjoy working at a high pace
• Have common sense and a humble attitude
• Follow routines, instructions, and safety regulations

Experience with warehouse management systems or a forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will be employed by Konsultia AB and work on-site at the client's premises. The assignment is ongoing as long as you have an ongoing other main occupation. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and job satisfaction are important parts of everyday life.
