Role: Bus Driver
Your responsibilities:
- Drive buses safely, reliably, and in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Provide excellent service to passengers, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and safe throughout their journey.
- Follow Nobina's guidelines regarding safety, punctuality, and communication.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Swedish (able to participate in everyday conversations, ask, and answer common questions).
- Swedish Class D driver's license.
- Ability to work irregular hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
- Safe, secure, and environmentally conscious driving style.
- If you lack a YKB (professional competence certificate), Nobina can often assist with this.

- Calm and stable in stressful situations and intense environments.
- Flexible and adaptable to different schedules and passenger needs.
- Responsible and committed to safety and sustainability.

Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants have residence permits in Sweden but do not hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
