About the role
As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as an example of engagement, drive, and teamwork. In the role of employee at our logistics center, your main tasks will consist of processing customer orders placed through our e-commerce platform.
Examples of duties
- Compile orders based on picking lists
- Check goods and scan them into the system
- Pack orders for delivery
- Ensure customers receive the correct goods, on time, in good condition, and to the right location
- Provide assistance on other departments as needed
Your profile
- Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
- Good administrative skills
- Good physical fitness, as the role requires some heavy lifting.
- You are meticulous and solution-oriented.
- Strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of sales.
- Valid forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and B-driver's license are required.

Working hours/Duration: Permanent. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours include mornings, evenings, and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
