Pastry Chef for Fabrique Djurgårdsbrunn

We are immediately seeking a Pastry Chef for our bakery in Djurgårdsbrunn!

About the Role

As a Pastry Chef at Fabrique, you will work at the heart of our operations in a fast-paced environment that is physically demanding and requires high standards of precision and speed. However, you will not be alone – you will become part of a tight-knit team that enjoys working together and shares a passion for food, bread, and pastries! At Fabrique, details matter, which is why we bake everything from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. In our pastry section, we produce various types of soft cakes, cookies, chocolates, raw balls, cranberry bars, brownies, jams, juices, and marmalades.

Qualifications

We are looking for a trained Pastry Chef with a burning interest in food, bread, and pastries. Previous experience in the field is preferred. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with others. You appreciate details and take pride in your production.

The position is full-time (100%), starting immediately until the end of August. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday during the day.

About Fabrique

Fabrique Stone Oven Bakery was founded by Charlotta and David Zetterström in 2008. Since our inception, we have baked using pure, natural ingredients in a traditional, artisanal manner. Although Fabrique now operates in three countries with over 30 shops and restaurants combined, we remain the local corner bakery. We truly love bread. Cinnamon buns, levain, rye sourdough, sesame toast, and croissants – the list never ends! The scent of freshly baked goods, the warm ovens, and everything that comes with a neighborhood bakery.
