We are currently looking for an Operational Supervisor in cleaning services. Do you have experience in supervision and customer contact? Then this job is for you! The position involves a full-time employment starting immediately.

You will lead and distribute the daily work within the ship area. You are the customer's closest contact person and are responsible for ensuring that we deliver quality in our daily work. Working hours vary and are scheduled according to operational needs as production takes place during the day and evening, seven days a week.

Your Responsibilities

As an Operational Supervisor at SOL, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations are managed correctly and satisfactorily. You are responsible for daily operations with the goal of having satisfied customers and employees, as well as meeting goals related to KPIs. An important part of your work is also to plan, execute, and document quality controls according to internal and external regulations and agreements.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan and lead the daily work within your area
• Maintain ongoing contact with the customer and ensure delivery according to signed agreements
• Work systematically with occupational health and safety and quality
• Perform quality controls according to internal and external regulations & agreements
• Educate and develop staff
• Administration regarding, among other things, time reporting, invoicing, payroll
• Plan resources and work, solve staffing needs during short-term absences
• Handle personnel matters such as sick leave and rehabilitation, development discussions, workplace meetings

Who are we looking for?

• You have worked in a similar role and/or industry previously
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is a plus as the SOL group operates in English
• Basic knowledge of Office. (Good ability/potential to learn new systems is required)
• Good leadership experience and accustomed to leading people from different cultures.
• High school education is desired
