Professional Home Cleaner at HomeWork® AB

HomeWork® AB is one of Sweden's largest home cleaning companies, with clients in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, and Lund. We have focused exclusively on home cleaning since 2007, that is, for more than 18 years.

As a professional home cleaner with HomeWork, you clean the homes of regular clients on a weekly, biweekly, or four-weekly basis. You normally have two clients a day, sometimes three, but never more. The clients stay the same over time, so they become your clients, who know you and trust you.

We're looking for employees who are motivated and genuinely skilled in home cleaning: who know their materials and methods, work meticulously and efficiently, stay organized, and have an eye for detail. Strong communication, service-mindedness, and a sense of responsibility are also important. If you have previous professional cleaning experience it’s an advantage, but not a requirement.

Since we only recruit people who want home cleaning to be their profession, we ask that you work at least 25% of full-time, that is, 10 hours per week.

The salary is 4% higher than in collective agreements, which currently means 157.06 SEK/h plus 12% vacation salary, for a total of 175.90 SEK/h.

If you're unfamiliar with the salary system in Sweden, it's worth noting that we, like all Swedish employers, also pay social fees of 31.42% on top of your salary. That includes your pension fee of 10.21%, which the Swedish state pays out to you when you retire, whether you then still live in Sweden or not.

4. Hold a residence or work permit in Sweden
5. Plan to work with us at least 25% of full-time for at least 12 months
6. Be willing to show an extract from the Swedish criminal record register (Belastningsregistret)
