About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you play a key role in our operations and are responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. You lead the daily work in the warehouse and create the conditions for both employees and the business to achieve their goals. Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and monitor daily warehouse operations
• Ensure high quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety routines
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team
• Analyze results and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize flows and processes
• Implement and monitor routines for a sustainable and profitable business

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience with warehouse and logistics systems as well as MS Office
• Previous leadership experience within warehousing or logistics
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A natural focus on safety and quality
